| Goodwood Grandstand is a bright, airy room decorated in warm golden colours, with an en-suite. It is located to the rear of the house with views that over look the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park towards Goodwood racecourse. It encompasses a King size bed and an en-suite with low soft lighting to add that relaxing or romantic feel, a large bath for long leisurely soaks, a separate shower for speed, a wc and washbasin. |

| Beaches is situated at the front of the house on the ground floor, with a subtle breeze from the Wittering beaches. It is decorated in gold & burgundy, and is truly a warm inviting room. With a King size bed, en-suite, a shower, wc and a washbasin the Beaches room is ideal for double or single occupancy. |
